QUILT FOR YOU SERVICE

Whether you don’t have the time to quilt yourself, or just prefer to have it done for you, our Quilt For You Service provides quality, digital long-arm quilting services (edge to edge) to get your quilt finished in record time and on budget! There are a variety of patterns and GLIDE thread colors to choose from (included in the price). If we don’t have the pattern you want, we can work with you to find one that suits your needs (no additional charge). Patterns can be customized in size to accommodate density preferences.

COST

Edge to Edge quilting services is at a cost of $50 / hour
The time to complete a quilt will be determined by size and pattern complexity.

An estimate, based on a simple pattern is:

Quilts are returned untrimmed.

Finishing / Binding

If a customer prefers, I can trim the quilt and bind it.
All trimmed quilts are serged on the edges for added protection. Binding is added and finished by a decorative machine stitch.
Finishing your quilt by machine binding is at a cost of .25c per linear inch (binding to be provided)

Backing and Batting

You can provide your own backing (must be 4 inches larger than the top all the way around the quilt) and batting
(must be 2 inches larger than the top all the way around)
or you can purchase your backing and batting from the store.
You will receive a 10% discount on your purchase of these when you buy both.

Embroidered Label

For a finishing touch you can have a custom embroidered label for your quilt.The backing fabric can be used, or a solid cotton fabric will be provided. If included in finishing, this will be added to a bottom corner of the quilt prior to binding being attached.
