We do not accept returns on cut fabric
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Customers can exchange their item or receive store credit for the value. Cash refunds will be provided in the case of damaged items or items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Cut fabrics
- Custom orders
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange items will only be shipped free of charge if the item was damaged in transit or the original item was shipped in error. All other exchanges are subject to shipping costs.
